„Dairy“ Šabac exists for more then 70 years. In 2004, it became a member of Farmakom Group.
In a very short period , Dairy has increased its capacity, modernized the production and recorded a growth of daily input of milk from former 70t to 240t raw milk.

It is the only large dairy factory in Serbia which is 100% privately owned.

Šabac „Dairy“ is officially the second dairy in Serbia, regarding the input capacity of milk processing, with the daily input of 240 tons of milk.
It has ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP for the whole production and GOST-R for Sirko, Ala kajmak and Feta cheese.
The Šabac „Dairy“ products are natural without additives, produced according to traditional recipes, and very recognizable on the market for its high quality.

As such, there are: Sabacka feta, Cheese, Sirko, Ala kajmak and other products.

Agricultural Industrial Complex  “7. July Debrc” was founded in 1953 and privatized by the Concern “Farmakom MB” in 2003.
It has a greenhouse unique in this part of Europe, that extends to more than  4ha, with a fully computer-controlled irrigation systems, humidity and air temperature.
The greenhouse is heated from its own thermal springs, with water temperature of 53  °C on the surface.
The Company has production of agricultural crops in the open arable land with total area of 360 ha.
In addition to agricultural production, the Company also produces animal feed.

Battery Factory Sombor was founded in 1952 in the form of small handicraft workshop that began with the production of starter batteries.
During the following years, the Company has grown and developed. The strategic shift in the direction of dynamic development was made in 1974 when the C ompany bought license of a reputable brand Globe Union.

In 2006, the Battery factory Sombor became a member of the Concern “Farmakom”, as one of the largest and most important economic groups in the country.

This was an important event in the history of the Company, which brought stability and development investments as well as important access to the Western European market, remarkable savings and quality of final products.

Mines and smelters “Zajača” Loznica was established in 1877, and in 2006 became a member of Concern “Farmakom MB”.
The company owns mines in the Republic of Serbia and Macedonia. Within the company there is a smelter for lead and lead alloys as well as antimony. The tradition of dealing with mining and metallurgy, labor and natural qualities of production is the guarantee of quality. Potential of “Farmakom MB” Concern in the mining segment is high, as the C oncern owns total of 14 mines.

Foundry "Požega" was established in 1948 and was privatized by the Concern "Farmakom MB" in 2005.

After the Company’s privatization ,  there has been a growth of all elements of 270%, starting from production to realization .

Foundry „Požega“ has the following certificates: ISO 9001:2001 for the products of gray and ductile iron castings, TÜV certificate for quality management ISO 9001:2001, and a series of railway certificates.

Industrial Complex “Guča” was founded in 1958 and privatized in 2006 by the Concern “Farmakom MB”. The main activity of this company is casting of castings from gray and ductile cast iron and steel.

A quality management system is established in accordance with ISO 9001:2001 for the production of castings of cast iron and steel, machining and locksmith works, as well as the production of rubber-technical goods. Certification of quality management system has been implemented by the certification body TÜV Rheinland InterCert, in accordance with TÜV CERT procedures for testing and certification.

Since the moment of the privatization, up to now, growth of capacity, production and income of more than four times has been recorded.
